We are delighted you have chosen The Si Como No Inn
Si Como No Inn is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. All Reservations require a non refundable but transferable 50% deposit. There will be a $65 charge for all reservation changes or cancellations If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 48 hours* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. A 14-day cancellation is required for Special Events and Holiday as well as Spring Break. No-shows will be charged for the entire stay. There is no refund for early departure.
Whole-house reservations require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking. Final payment is required no later than 30-days prior to the first day of the event. A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole-house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
In the unlikely event that you are unable to honor our cancellation policy, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take full responsibility for your entire reservation.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
Guests are encouraged to make use of our Open Air Tiki Hut for Dinning and Water sport rentals for a full and rewarding experience .
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. Checkout: 11:00 AM.
All the rooms at Si Como No Inn are non-smoking Smoking inside the rooms will incur a cleaning fee of $250. The grounds have designated smoking areas
Guests must be at least 21 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Pets. Signed Pet waiver is required at Check In
Your room will be inspected after your departure and any damages to the room or contents will incur cleaning or repair charges applied to your credit card.
