2.  Q)      How do I reserve a room ?

     A)      Call  386 864 1430 , a Deposit of 50% is required  with  

                in 5 business days of posting. Call for more details.

3.  Q)      What is your Pet policy ?

        A)      We Love PETS !!!!!!!!!!!!!! No Pet Fees!!!

4.   Q)     What is your Kid Policy ?

       A)     We Love KIDS Too !!!! No Kid Fees Either:)

5.    Q)    Are you on the beach ?

        A)   We have 1.5 acres of Pristine Ocean front property, Scenic 

                     Highway A1A runs through this property separating us from 

                the beach .There is a walk over to access the beach.

6.     Q)    Do you rent Kayaks ?

         A)   No, But we have a couple of Loaners !! 

  7.     Q)    Do you serve Alcohol at the Bar ?

        A)    No , But you Do !! 

8.     Q)  I see you are For Sale, Why?????

        A) Although Karl and I love the business very much, retirement 

             has been singing in our ears. We have 160 acres with a cabin 

             with our name on it :)

9.     Q) What are your rates?

          A)  Mon - Thur.

                 $85.00  single occupancy  $10.00 each add person

               Week End -Fri Sat & Sun

                 $95.00 single occupancy $10.00 each add person

  Holiday and Special event $125.00 single occupancy $20 each add

    No pet fees  and  Children stay free :)

10.    Q) What is your cancellation policy?

          A) Deposits are required for all reservations and although 

          they are not refundable, they are totally transferable. you 

         you can send someone in your place or reschedule. 

11)    Q) Are the grounds and beach dog friendly ?

          A) There is NOT a better place to vacation with your dog.

          All tile floors in rooms, plenty of room to roam, dog run on

          primises, dog friendly beach. Canine residents U Bear and

                      Maxwell eagerlly await your arrival.

12)       Q) How far are you from the Pier?

             A) 2.5 Miles

13)      Q) Are there any good places to eat near by?

            A) There is something for every one, Just tell us what you're

                  Looking for and we'll send you on your way:)

14)      Q) Where is the nearest grocery store?

            A) Publix is 4 miles, Winn Dixie 5.5 miles

15)      Q) What exit do I take from I 95?

            A) Exit 284  to Highway 100 toward Flagler Beach, when  

                 when you reach A1A make a left and go 2.5 miles
